Guarantees
We always aim to provide a good quality product, and hope that you are satisfied with your Tick Tok watches. However, we do appreciate that a small minority of our watches may be broken or damaged. Here are details of the guarantees we offer:
1. For full price purchases we offer 6 months guarantee. In order to claim, you will be required to send us   your order number (if ordered through our website) or a retailer receipt.

How much is postage and packing?
Postage and packing within the UK is £1.99. For international orders, we charge £3.95 for postage and packing.

I live abroad. Can I still purchase a Tick Tok on your site?
Yes, we send watches overseas. Please note that delivery time will be longer if you are purchasing from outside the UK.

Is my Tick Tok water proof?
Tick Tok Watches are splash proof, but not 100% waterproof. We wouldn't advise bathing or swimming with your watch on.

Can I replace the battery?
Yes, the battery can be replaced with a standard watch battery.

What if I am unhappy with my watch?
We always aim to keep our customers happy and provide a good service.
